Police Scotland confirm man (28) charged with vandalising Moray health and care centre





A 28-year-old man has been charged with vandalising a health and care centre in a Moray town.

Windows to the Forres Health and Care Centre were smashed with significant damage to its entrance doors.

The front entrance to the building was damaged.

Nearby vehicles were also targeted but police have now confirmed an individual has been charged in connection with the incident.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “At around 6.30am on Monday, November 3, 2025, we received a report of vandalism at a premises in the Grantown Road area of Forres.

“A 28-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection.

“He is expected to appear at Elgin Sheriff Court at a later date.”
