Dianne McLeish says: "When I was walking up the Graham, Carn A'Ghille Chearr on the Hills of Cromdales at the weekend I was delighted to come across a herd of wild reindeer.

"It was very cold and windy at the top when suddenly the mist lifted and a herd of reindeer appeared over the hill.

"It was an amazing experience and we kept our distance until one of them was really curious about us and came up really close as we hide behind the trig point.

"Sadly, not the best looking reindeer as his antlers were starting to come off, but very nice all the same."
