A96 in Moray reopens after Findhorn Bridge ‘police incident’





The A96 near Forres has reopened after a “police incident”.

Roads operator Amey and Traffic Scotland both confirmed the road was closed at the Findhorn Bridge just after 4pm this afternoon.

Drivers were warned to expect delays amid long tailbacks but it has since been cleared and reopened.

Police Scotland and the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service have been contacted for comment.
