A COLOURFUL sing-along theatre troupe will present a magical festive show for youngsters in Elgin later this month.

The McDougalls in Toyland will bring musical mayhem to Elgin Town Hall on Saturday, November 20.

The one-hour Christmas stage show for youngsters aged two-plus will feature bright sets, talking teddies, jolly jigsaws and dancing dollies.

The audience are invited to join Max, Auntie Aggie and Morag the Rabbit as they board the Toyland Express and travel over the rainbow to the Land of Lost Toys.

Auntie Aggie, the larger-than-life Mother Christmas, said: "It’s the first time The McDougalls have performed in Elgin – so I want everyone to join in the fun and dress up as your favourite toy."

Show-goers can expect plenty of chances to participate in the musical merriment.

The McDougalls in Toyland will run at Elgin Town Hall on Saturday, November 20, at 1pm.

Tickets are priced at £8.50 each, with a family discount available for 4+. Tickets should be booked online in advance at www.elgintownhall.co.uk.
