Bay City Rollers, Ultrabeat and 911 added to Moray Festival line-up for 2025
A trio of acts - including a returning band - have been added to the line-up for April’s MacMoray Festival.
Ultrabeat, 911 and The Bay City Rollers will perform at the event in Elgin’s Cooper Park, which is taking place on April 19 and 20.
The Bay City Rollers are returning to MacMoray Festival, having played a popular set at the event in 2023. They also played at Forres Fest last summer.
The group - formed in 1964 - broke into the mainstream in the middle of the 1970s with hits such as 'Bye Bye, Baby', 'Give a Little Love' and Scottish football favourite 'Shang-A-Lang'.
Joining them at MacMoray are Ultrabeat and 911. Electronic duo Ultrabeat are best known for 1996 hit Pretty Green Eyes, while 911 are an English pop group formed in Glasgow in the middle of the 1990s.
This is the fifth running of MacMoray - which attracts around 10,000 visitors per day. At the minute, it’s planned to be the final event.
The trio of newly-announced acts joined Nathan Evans and Saint Phnx, Lasgo, The Vengaboys, Showaddywaddy, N-Trance, Baccara, Black Lace and the Red Hot Chilli Pipers on the bill.
More band announcements are due to follow in the near future - keep your eyes peeled on our website on Tuesday and Friday evenings.
