Bishopmill Primary School is hosting a "colour run" on Sunday, June 16, and the pupils want to let you know you are welcome.

The run will take place over a distance of two kilometres, and there will be five stations with people throwing coloured powder, which is all environmentally friendly, over the runners.

All are welcome, not just pupils, with entry priced at £5 per person and £15 for a family ticket. All money raised at the event will go towards school funds.

Registration for the run is at 9:30am and the race will get going at 10am.

Teacher Kevin Stuart has been looking over the group and has been impressed with the initiative and intuition in organising the event.
