Stringent procedures have been put in place with regard to Covid-19 which all attending are asked to follow.

The session is due to get under way at the Buckie South and West Church on Tuesday, October 6 with times varying depending on age group.

Boys who are already enrolled from last session and are returning for 2020/21 should try, as far as possible, to complete the necessary forms contained in the Company Newsletter and return, in an envelope to Alan and Jennifer McIntosh, 40 West Church Street by Thursday, October 8. This includes annual fee, camp and London deposits. This will be addressed at a later date if restarting is delayed due to Covid 19.

Primary 2 boys should enrol between 6pm-6.45pm. Any other new enrolments, for any age should report to the hall between 7pm-7.30pm.

One adult only should enter the South and West Church hall with the boy(s) to be enrolled. No other members of the family should enter hall.

Each person will be asked to sign in at the door where the appropriate sanitiser will be available and masks must be worn.

Exit will be via the kitchen door (BB camp store).

Uniform will not be available on the evening due to the constraints at this time, with further information on this being circulated at a later date.
