A MORAY property firm has been named a gold winner in the British Property Awards.
CCL Property performed "outstandingly throughout the extensive judging period", according to the award organiser.
The Elgin-based business is run by husband and wife team David and Coralie Pickering.
The judging team mystery shops each entrant against a set of 25 criteria to obtain a balanced overiew of their customer service.
Robert McLean, of the British Property Awards, said: "Agents who go that extra mile and provide outstanding levels of customer service are rewarded with our accolade, which acts as a beacon to highlight these attributes to their local marketplace."
He said the judging criteria for the awards is "comprehensive and detailed", ensuring that entrants have been fairly and rigorously judged.
"Our awards have been specifically designed to be attainable to all agents.
"Our awards have also been designed to remove any opportunity for bias or manipulation. If an agent has been attributed with one of our awards, it is simply down to the fantastic customer service levels that they have demonstrated across a prolonged period of time."
Coralie Pickering said: “David and I are absolutely delighted for all the team at CCL winning the British Property Awards Gold Winner Estate Agency Award for Elgin. It really is a team effort here at CCL and we are so pleased everyone’s hard work has been acknowledged especially during these challenging times.”
