Kinloss Primary School childcare facility open day will offer potential suitors a chance to check out Moray Council building
Potential suitors will be given the chance to look around a childcare facility next week.
Moray Council is offering a former janitor’s house in Kinloss to childcare providers.
The building within the grounds of Kinloss Primary School has been used as an out-of-school care facility for the past decade, but is now vacant and available for leasing as former lease-holder Kinloss Crafty Cool Kids Club’s is pursuing other opportunities.
The chance to look around the facility is being offered to interested parties on Monday, April 28, from 3pm until 7pm.
There will also be a chance to speak about what opportunities for support and funding are available.
Moray Council said: “This is a unique opportunity to lease a single-storey building, formerly the janitor’s house, located within the grounds of Kinloss Primary School, and to establish a school-aged childcare service to support local families.”
The buildings hosts a reception hall, an office, a quiet room, a fenced outdoor play area, a playroom, a kitchen and toilets - including a disabled toilet.
Offers of more than £5150 per annum are being invited and interested parties should contact Moray Council’s Asset Manager (Commercial Buildings) by emailing estates@moray.gov.uk
