Red Arrows training at RAF Lossiemouth in Moray

Fans of The Red Arrows will be able to see them training this afternoon above RAF Lossiemouth in Moray.

The famous display team could be seen in the air yesterday evening and are scheduled to be back up there from 12.30pm onwards today.

Anyone wanting to watch the jets in action are being advised by RAF Lossiemouth to park on the northside of the air base towards the coast, rather than the south.

A spokesperson said: “Recent investment in Lossie means we are able to support the Reds’ training ahead of their last appearance this season, while their RAF Waddington home hosts a major exercise.”

“We understand that people may want to travel to Lossiemouth to get a decent look. If you are intending to travel here then we ask that you respect the local community and environment.”
