THE former Bank of Scotland in Lossiemouth may be turned into a fish and chip shop.

An application for planning permission for the site on Queen has been submitted to Moray Council.

The bid, submitted care of Plans Plus from Urquhart, will be considered at the next meeting of the local authority's planning committee on October 8.
