Cream night club, famous for hosting dance music festival Creamfields, is coming to Elgin Town Hall this October.

On October 19 this year, the dance music sensation will be hitting Elgin – with the full line-up set to be announced in June, in roughly two to three weeks.

The event, organised by Digital Love and Russell Aitchison, who ran Keith's Friendly Fest, will take place between 9pm and 2am.

Cream hosts a nightclub in Ibiza every Thursday during holiday season, being the longest running nightclub on the Spanish island, and has won the UK Festival of the Year award on six occasions in 10 years.

Aitchison said it is "good for the whole Moray area" to be able to put on an event of this size.
