ELGIN Police Station is helping ensure local children can safely enjoy Halloween this year by hosting two competitions.
In conjunction with the newly-formed Pumpkin Trail Moray and Asda, Community Officer PC Jamie Dey is running a fancy dress competition as well as a pumpkin carving competition.
Entries for the competition can be posted on Pumpkin Trail Moray's Facebook page – with about 35 in so far. Asda is providing prizes for the winners of both competitions.
Entry closes on Friday, October 30, with the prizes handed out on Saturday, October 31.
PC Dey will pick a winner from each competition. Winners will receive a spooky filled cauldron prize, donated by Asda.
