Elgin man threatened to ‘annihilate’ workman over blocked driveway

A householder threatened to have a workman “annihilated” after a van was left parked across his driveway.

The incident took place on Sandy Road, Elgin where building work had been ongoing at a property for four or five weeks.

An electric bike rider tried to escape the police – but ended up with an officer being hurt on the ground.
