The show is set to start at 8pm with £6 entry on the door.

The alternative rock band have played shows from Inverness to Glasgow but this year's tour was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. The Forres show would have been cancelled as well but vocalist/guitarist, and local music teacher at Forres Academy, Adam Wilson (29) worked to keep the gig at the Eagle Sessions alive owing to the fact Forres is his home town.

Adam said: "We managed to pull it back together with Mork and Fi Rodgers and are now putting it on ourselves. As a Forresian, I’m dead chuffed that our return from lockdown will be happening here. After that we’re off to play Glasgow on Sunday the 28th, and hopefully get the other shows rescheduled as soon as we can.

"I find it’s always great to play your home town. Growing up in various bands we used to put on live gigs all the time, at the Town Hall, the Mosset, the Vic, and there was always such a great energy and turnout- mostly because you know everyone that’s going to be there.

"I’m very passionate about live music in Forres and I really hope once we have some normality again, we can start to bring more bands and events to the area.

"Plus, I don’t have to drive to the venue, so that means I can relax a bit and walk home afterwards."

Adam, along with band members David McBain, Fraser Wilson and Steven Stuart, say they are hoping to bring "high energy and a lot of noise to get live music on its feet again" after a difficult 18 months for performing musicians.
