Having had 70 tickets to start with, organiser Elle Adams says less than ten tickets remain.

Last year the event was held at Moray Golf Club, Lossiemouth, and raised £1000 for charity Oaks. This year, the event will take place at the Golf View Hotel on Saturday, July 27, and will be in aid of alzheimers and dementia charities.

Elle says the aim is to "smash" last year's total, and hopes to raise as much as possible for all charities involved.

It's a purple theme (although guests don't have to wear purple) – and tickets are £35 each. For the money, as well as giving to worthy causes, guests will receive a bottle of Prosecco and have a selection of food on offer, including sandwiches, sausage rolls, bruschetta and mini cakes.

There will be a disco with live music, a selfie station and raffle tickets available to purchase.

To secure your place phone Elle on 07512 758175 and for more info check out the Facebook event: https://www.facebook.com/events/1036893369853536/.
