Buckie area roadworks round-up for the week ahead.





A prohibition of waiting order is due to remain at three locations in Cullen until the middle of this week.

These are: Seafield Road at the junctions with York Place and Seafield Place; Seafield Place - outside No 2. This is due to footpath repairs, with the prohibition order scheduled to end on February 20.

Scottish Water are conducting urgent sewer repairs outside 33 Rannas Place, Portessie, which should be finished by this coming Friday.

Meanwhile, work to repair torrential rain damage to the carriageway on McLaren’s Brae in Buckie continues.

Moray Council are set to begin work over February 17-18 outside High Street, Buckie for three working days to undertake footpath repairs.

Across town, at 3 Police Lane the council aim to begin work digging out a section of concrete footway between February 19-20, which is estimated to take up to three working days.

Scottish Water are working to repair a burst pipe at 4 Land Street in Buckpool and should have the job done by Friday.

The firm are also undertaking urgent waste repairs at Duke Street, Portgordon with an estimated completion date of this Thursday.

Also in Portgordon, outside 20 Richmond Place, Openreach are scheduled to start installing fibre ducting over February 17-18 lasting three working days.
