Lossie junction to stay shut

A BUSY junction in Lossiemouth will remain closed for a further six weeks until mid-January.

Work to instal traffic lights on School Brae has been ongoing since mid-October.

The task was originally due to finish this weekend.

However Moray Council has now given notice the entire length of the steep street near St Gerardine's Primary School will stay closed.

Residents have long complained about traffic travelling too fast in the vicinity.
