Police arrest man and woman arrested after Buckie bus incident

A MAN and woman have been arrested following an incident yesterday (Sunday) on a bus in Buckie.

It is believed it occurred in the Strathlene area of the town.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 5.30pm on Sunday, July, 14, officers received a report of an assault and theft on a bus in the Great Eastern Road area of Buckie.

“A 32-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman were arrested and charged in connection.”

The pair are due to appear in court today (Monday).
