Missing woman: can you help find her?

Police are appealing for information from the public to trace a missing woman from Elgin.

Carol Russell (48), also known as Raine Russell, has been missing from Dr Gray’s hospital in Elgin since about 6pm on Sunday, January 31. She is also known to use Apple Russell as her name, and is known to frequent the Lossiemouth area.

Carol is described as white, around 5 feet 7 inches tall and speaks with an English accent. She has long brown hair and is believed to be wearing a white floating style skirt, fawn coloured waist length jumper, a black jacket and flip flops.

We would ask anyone who may have information in relation to this enquiry, or if Carol is seen, to contact police via 101 (Ref. 3027 of 31/01)
