Moray Council 7.30am bin message

Moray Council has issued a reminder that bins must be put out by 7.30am to make sure you don't miss the collection.

A spokesperson said: "We're currently servicing bins differently due to the situation with COVID19 and they are likely to be collected earlier in the day than they normally would be."
