Three in court on drugs charges

THREE Inverness men have appeared in private at Inverness Sheriff Court following the seizure of class A drugs in Inverness on Monday, December 17.

Drugs with the estimated street value of £60,000 and cash were seized as part of Operation Ram.

Christopher Clarke (28), Christopher Williamson (42) and Robin Clark (27) appeared before Sheriff Margaret Neilson on eight charges involving being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs including cocaine and heroin and Class C drugs, and possession of Class A and Class C drugs.

No plea or declaration was made and they were committed for further examination.

Christopher Clarke and Robin Clark were released on bail and Williamson was remanded in custody.
