Very pheasant day at Spynie

REGULAR Elgin Northern Scot contributor Hazel Thomson has once again captured some great nature snaps at Spynie.

Here she found a pheasant helping himself to treats laid out at the Spynie bird hide, his beautiful colours glorious in the sunlight.

Hazel said it was a lovely day for squirrel spotting at the bird hide. This little red seemed very happy with its find with which it bounced off happily into the woods.
