JACK Dee is coming to Elgin Town Hall to try out new material ahead of his forthcoming UK tour.

The comedian, known for his deadpan humour, will be appearing on Sunday, July 14.

He said: "In these difficult and uncertain times people need hope – a ray of sunshine to brighten their day. And that’s very much where I come in."

As well as his stand-up success, Jack has starred in the TV sitcoms Bad Move, Lead Balloon and Josh, chair He is also chairman of the legendary Radio 4 show I’m Sorry I Haven’t A Clue.
