Nicola Sturgeon is to set to appear in a one-hour special about coronavirus on MFR tomorrow morning.

The First Minister will be on air from 9am-10am on Friday to answer listeners' questions concerning Covid-19.

In addition, she will be providing the latest updates on the Scottish Government’s response.

The First Minister is also expected to highlight the Scotland Cares initiative which was launched this week to enlist volunteers to help public services and their own communities.

Radio presenter Ewen Cameron said: "This is an extremely challenging time for everyone and we’re grateful that the First Minister is taking the time to directly respond to questions from our listeners across Scotland.

"We know that people have many different concerns so this is an opportunity to hear from Nicola Sturgeon on the issues that matter to them."

The broadcast will also be relayed over the other radio stations within the Hits Radio Network and Greatest Hits Network.
