The restaurant’s manager Anne Townsley and head chef Mamun Sheikh were unable to attend as they’ve just had a baby daughter together, but a group of staff members travelled down to Glasgow in their stead.

Anne said: “We’re so pleased and so proud. We just keep doing what we’re doing, trying our very best to provide people with great food and great service.

“The restaurant staff work really hard and it’s always nice to receive recognition.”

In addition to winning the dining experience award at ceremony which was held at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel, Panache also picked up an Outstanding Achievement recognition in the ‘Service Team of the Year’ category.
