Police reissue appeal over missing Lhanbryde man

POLICE have repeated their appeal for any information as they try to trace a missing Lhanbryde man.

Officers now say that Ronald Kemp (74) was last seen in the area of Elgin's Kingsmills Bridge at around 2.20pm on Monday, April 12.

At that time he was in possession of his blue electric bike which has two saddle bags.

Anyone who might know the whereabouts of Mr Kemp is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 2283 of April 13.
