Prime Minister Boris Johnson tests positive for coronavirus

PRIME Minister Boris Johnson has coronavirus.

The PM announced, via Twitter, that he has contracted the virus and will be self-isolating. However, he will continue to lead the government's fight against the virus.

He said: "I want to bring you up to speed with something happening today, which is that I have developed mild symptoms of the coronavirus – a temperature and a persistent cough

"On the advice of the chief medical officer I have taken a test and that has come out positive. I am working from home and self-isolating.
