The Qismat restaurant in Elgin will remain closed today while a deep clean continues at the premises on High Street.
A messaged posted yesterday by the Qismat said: "Unfortunately we will have close the restaurant as of today and tomorrow.
"One of our staff's family member is showing mild Coronavirus symptoms.
"Therefore in order to lookafter the health and safety of our staff and customers, we have made the decision to close the restaurant temporarily.
"This will give us the opportunity for all members to be tested.
"Although no staff members are showing symptoms we have taken the decision to take a couple of days off to deep clean the restaurant.
"We will continue to update you all and liaise with the relevant authorities.
"We are so sorry that we have had to give you all this news."
