Quiet week for fish landings at Buckie Harbour

THERE was a fall in fish and clam landings at Buckie Harbour over the course of last week.

In all 14 boats took their catches ashore at the harbour with 571 boxes of fish/prawns/squid and 299 bags of clams landed.

This compares to the previous week's total of 862 boxes and 328 bags.

The vessels taking their catches to the quayside were: Chloe Ella; Deeside;

Boy Sam; Flourish; Lily Oak VI; Camm Bounteous; Alisa; Brantia; Our May; Lee Rose II; Emerald Dawn; Girl Alison; Moray Endeavour; Twa Gordons.

No cargo vessels called at Buckie Harbour last week.
