COMMUNITIES across Moray and Aberdeenshire have paid their respects on Remembrance Sunday.

With official ceremonies either scaled back or cancelled altogether, it was a different day of remembrance across the region and nationwide.

Many people chose to pay their own tributes on their doorstep due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
