North-east road closed after sheep die in animal transporter crash

Police have advised the A920 Huntly to Dufftown road is closed after an animal transporter crashed and a number of sheep were killed.

The collision was reported around 9.15am on Thursday, May 22.

The male driver was uninjured but many sheep died in the crash.

Police said motorists should avoid the area.
