Road work set to disrupt traffic
TRAVEL disruption beckons for motorists, with Moray Council detailing a series of road resurfacing projects in the coming weeks.
A Moray Council spokesman has apologised for any inconvenience, but said the widespread works are necessary to improve the condition of certain roads in the region.
The spokesman said: "Contractors will endeavour to keep disruption to a minimum, but road users are asked to be patient while the works are ongoing."
A number of roads will be closed to protect the workforce while the construction takes place. Separate traffic management arrangements will be made in the other affected areas.
Weather permitting, according to the council spokesman, the work will start on August 19 and be completed inside five weeks.

- B9010 Elgin to Dallas road, at Wester Manbeen.
- B9102 Dandaleith to Archiestown road, at Dandaleith Brae.

- C26E Newton Toll to Miltonduff road.
