THE man charged with burning down two buildings at the Findhorn Foundation appeared in court for the second time today.

Joseph Clark (49), of no fixed abode, appeared in private at Inverness Sheriff Court where he was represented by Elgin solicitor Ben Thom with Sheriff Robert Frazer on the bench.

Clark made no plea, was committed for further examination and was once more remanded in custody.

The blaze was discovered in the early hours of Monday, April 12.

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service mobilised six fire appliances to the scene, where nobody was hurt.
