Moray schools remaining closed - or opening late - due to wintry weather

A high school and a number of primary schools have been closed due to wintry weather.

In Moray, several schools in the Speyside area will remain shut today (Monday, January 6) due to snow.

Mortlach Primary, Knockando Primary, Rothes Primary (closed to staff and pupils), Aberlour Primary, Craigellachie Primary, Tomintoul Primary and Glenlivet Primary are all closed.

Speyside High School will also remain closed.

Elgin Academy, Dallas Primary, Mosstowie Primary and Lhanbryde Primary are opening late, while transport issues are being faced by pupils at Forres Academy.
