Ticket-hungry Belladrum fans were left up in arms this morning after a “technical issue” delayed a pre-sale for next year’s music festival.

The appetite for briefs for the renowned three-day Tartan Heart Festival event, which has just celebrated its 20th year, was extremely high.

Those qualifying for the ‘loyalty’ sale this morning - three days ahead of Monday’s general sale - were prepared for an email link to drop at 9 am to secure their tickets for 2025.

But when it failed to materialise, scores took to social media to complain.

Some had begun to receive the link just after 9.30 am, but others complained it was still missing from their inboxes.

A Belladrum spokeswoman said: “We’re aware that tickets may not have been received.

“There’s a technical issue with our partners, Gigantic - but they are expecting emails to be in inboxes by 9.30 am.

“We’ll update you if anything changes on this thread so you can remain ‘in the know’.”

Those awaiting links were warned to check spam, junk or other email folders and remember the email was coming from Gigantic, not Belladrum.
