Touch of Shakespeare to come to Findhorn with Midsummer’s Day Dream

FINDHORN’s Park Ecovillage is set to play host to a play with a difference over Saturday and Sunday, June 8-9.

Theatre of the 7 Directions will be presenting Midsummer Day's Dream, which has been devised by Laura Pasetti inspired by William Shakespeare

This outdoor intergenerational performance will see the audience follow human lovers and fairies through the woods, guided by a special character, a mysterious intruder in the Shakespearean play who seems to know much more than what she says.

The play is not suitable for children under nine.

On both days the audience should gather at the Hinterland Conservation Hub at 5pm. Those who do not know where that is should gather in front of the Phoenix Cafè (attached to the Universal Hall) at 4:45pm. A member of our staff will guide them to the performance's location.
The location of the performance (in the woods inside the ecovillage) may not be easily accessible for members of the audience with mobility issues.
