Keith's tastiest annual event is just around the corner again – and this time it's got double appeal.

Tricia Davidson is preparing to hold her 13th summer strawberry tea over two weekends rather than just one.

On Saturday, July 2 and Sunday, July 3, visitors will be welcomed into a picturesque marquee at Netherton Farm, her home on the eastern outskirts of tea.

But this year, to raise extra cash for Breast Cancer Now, there'll also be the chance to treat yourself to an earlier helping.

During the weekend of June 24 and 25, Tricia and her friends will be doing deliveries to addresses in Keith and Newmill.

Meanwhile, on those two days, folk from further afield will be able to pick up a take-away from the farm, which can be easily seen from the A96.

The gaff.

Over the years the strawberry teas have raised in excess of £58,000 for charity.

Tricia says: "All our usual helpers have offered their services again and there'll be some new faces as well.

"I think people want to offer their support because the charity is such a worthwhile cause.

"There's hardly a family anywhere that's not been affected by cancer in some way."

Tricia added: "We're all really excited about being able to welcome back people into the marquee.

"For the last couple of years it was only possible to do deliveries.

"However I know some people really enjoyed them as well, so we've decided to keep them going on a separate weekend."
