Moray traffic police charge A96 driver who had two-year-old on lap





A van driver has been charged after allegedly driving with his two-year-old on his lap.

On Sunday, July 21, traffic officers from the North East Roads Policing Unit reported they spotted the toddler in the dangerous position as the motorist drove through Keith.

The 41-year-old man was charged with dangerous driving and exposing a child to danger.

A full report is set to be sent to the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service, a police spokesperson added in a post on X.
