Halloween spooktacular in Elgin

ELGIN is enjoying a Halloween spooktacular today.

Elgin BID has organised an enchanted afternoon of fun events.

They include a fancy dress parade, silent disco, hook the donut, Jack ‘o’ Lantern competition, Halloween Games, street market and ghastly ghost hunt.

The event, in and around the Plainstones in Elgin, is on until 4pm.
