WATCH: Zippos Circus rolls into Moray ready for high octane performances
MOTORBIKES hurtling around a tiny Globe of Steel, high energy acrobatics, breathtaking aerial stunts, mighty feats of juggling, and laughs all the way.
Zippos Circus is in town and the entertainment gets underway on Wednesday, July 3 as the world renowned touring show begins a six day stay in Moray’s capital.
This year marks the 50th anniversary of founder Martin Burton’s career in entertainment after creating the character Zippo the Clown in 1974.
Brazilian comic and acrobat Paulo dos Santos will be your host and he is also one half of a hilarious double act with female clown La Loka from Ukraine, who can also do wonders with hula hoops.
Walking upside down along the roof of the circus tent will be Alex Michael, while the Mongolian Warriors take high speed, high energy acrobatics to new heights.
The Kenya Boys are fresh from a sell-out winter stint at the London Palladium.
Toni Novotny performs an act you won’t find on Master Chef and is one of the best plate spinners in the world.
Anna Usakova dances across her silver wire and Jackie Louise is an aerial strap acrobat whose motto is “the higher, the better”.
