Women from across Moray and the Highlands gathered together on Monday for the ‘Time to Thrive’ conference.

Organised by Moray Business Women (MBW), the event included a list of entrepreneurial speakers who offered a wealth of insight and provided delegates with a range of tools to use in everyday business.

Kate Hooper from StrategyStory gave a seminar on the art of storytelling as a tool to shape strategy for business.

We asked The Happiness Coach, Suzanne Lynch-McKay who attended the workshop, what she got out of it.
