The Speyside outfit got off to a perfect start when Blair Watt's free kick from distance was misjudged by the Cullen keeper and thre ball squirmed through his legs into the net.

It got even better for Villa when Watt struck his second five minutes later with a 30-yard free kick which went in at the far post.

It looked like a rout was on the cards when Craig Watt nodded home Greig Donald's fine delivery to put Aberlour three goals ahead on 16 minutes.

But Cullen got their act together, pulling one back when Ethan Blanchard got through the home defence and fired high into the net.

A comeback was on the cards just before the hour mark as Calum Risk scored Cullen's second to cut the deficit to just one.

However, Villa nerves were eased on 70 minutes with a clinching fourth goal netted by top scorer David Blackhall.
