Goals by Colin Williamson, Andy Macrae and Jordan MacRae earned the Cattachs a place in the final against Clachnacuddin.

The Lilywhites took on North Caledonian League Inverness Athletic in the other semi-final in a Highland capital derby.

Clach proved too strong, winning 7-0 with strikes by James Anderson, Troy Cooper (3), Josh Meekings and two penalties from Connor Bunce and Scott Davidson.

In the Aberdeenshire Cup semi-finals, Banks o’ Dee staged a fine comeback from 2-0 down to defeat a young Aberdeen side.

Fraser Mackie’s double had the Dons well ahead after 12 minutes but by half time Dee were in front through groals from Michael Philipson, Mark Gilmour and Iain Vigurs.

Philipson netted his second on 72 minutes to complete a 4-2 win and a place in the final where they will meet Huntly or Buckie Thistle, who play next Wednesday at Christie Park.
