The Borough Briggs club completed the registration of left back Greig Young from Raith Rovers on a loan until January.

The 19-year-old has made six first team appearances for the Kirkcaldy side including a sub outing in this season's 6-0 Premier Sports Cup win over Peterhead.

With City losing captain Euan Spark to Brechin City this summer and missing out on other targets, Young fills a vital position for Gavin Price's side/

Price also brought in winger Tom Findlay (18) from Dundee on loan with the deal being completed yesterday.

He is also expected to be in the Elgin squad for today's League 2 clash at Forthbank.
