ELGIN City's vital League 2 clash with Cowdenbeath is off.
Borough Briggs failed a 10.15am inspection due to a waterlogged surface.
City had a chance to climb above the Fifers and possibly into third spot if they won the match.
The game will now be rescheduled for a midweek date next month.
The Highland League card has also been affected by the wintry weather.
Forres Mechanics' home game with Turriff United has been postponed as has Buckie Thistle's trip to Nairn County.
Also cancelled due to waterlogged surfaces is Wick Academy v Rothes and Strathspey Thiostle v Deveronvale.
Lossiemouth v Fort William at Grant Park is still on as is Keith's home game against Inverurie Locos.
