Brora Rangers have confirmed David Hind has stood down as assistant manager and left the club.

Hind joined Brora last season where he was part of the management team which secured a historic treble, winning the Highland League, Highland League Cup and North of Scotland Cup.

Hind was in his second spell as assistant first re-joining the Cattachs in 2020 at the club where he retired back in 2014.

As a player he made more than 200 appearances for Elgin City between 2001 and 2009, captaining the Borough Briggs club.

Brora confirmed his departure on Wednesday morning saying: “The club would like to place on record our thanks to David and wish him well for the future.”

He was replaced this week at Dudgeon Park by former Caley Thistle defender Carl Tremarco, who was recently assistant manager at Ross County.
