Highland League winner Paul Brindle joins Forres Mechanics from Brora Rangers

FORRES Mechanics have completed the signing of Paul Brindle after his release from Highland League champions Brora Rangers.

Brindle, who won the league with the Cattachs for the second time last season, has signed a one-year deal with the Cans.

The 28-year-old, who is a wide midfielder, also won three North of Scotland Cups and a Highland League Cup with Brora.

Forres Mechanics get their Highland League campaign under way on July 24 against Wick Academy, with their first scheduled friendly on June 26 against Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
