Elgin City manager Allan Hale refuses to throw in the towel in his team’s bid to reach the League 1 play-offs despite a two-goal deficit to Annan Athletic after the first leg





It’s not mission impossible, the dream is still alive.

Elgin City manager Allan Hale revealed his plans to resurrect their hopes of reaching the League 1 play-offs final.

City trail 4-2 after Tuesday’s first leg at Borough Briggs and need to come up with a big performance at Galabank in the return match.

“We don’t believe the tie is over,” said Hale after the midweek loss - see video interview above.

“If there’s one team that can turn around a two-goal deficit, it’s this Elgin City team.”
