The ladies prepared for the big match with a 5-0 victory over Westdyke on Sunday to maintain their 100 per cent record in the SWFL North League.

Bossed by former Elgin City men’s team player Michael Morrison, the squad have impressed in only their second season with a run to the last 16 of the Scottish Cup this term.

A hat-trick by top scorer Mia Lundberg helped Elgin to victory in the league last weekend.

Their next mission comes along on Sunday, just a day after the men’s team takes on Forfar Athletic at Borough Briggs.

The cup semi-final kicks off at 3pm.
